Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to buy from this store. We deliver to addresses in the United States only.

Products

Our products are dietary supplements. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Follow the directions on the label.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is listed at an incorrect price, and will refund any payment in that case.

One-time purchases and subscriptions

You can buy any product once, or subscribe on its 3-pack or 5-pack at 10% off the pack price. A 3-pack subscription renews every 3 months and a 5-pack subscription renews every 5 months, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account (Manage subscription in our footer) or by emailing support@evenmorn.com. Cancel before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again. Delivery and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes our 180-day money-back guarantee.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the store or attempt to interfere with its operation. Content on this site is owned by us or our licensors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
