180-day money-back guarantee
Every Evenmorn product comes with a 180-day money-back guarantee: Ceylon Cinnamon Softgels, Vitamin B Complex, Gut Health and Spirulina & Chlorella. If it is not for you, for any reason, email us within 180 days of the date your order is delivered and we will refund that product in full to your original payment method.
Keep the product. Nothing to send back. There are no forms and no phone calls.
How to ask for your money back
- Email support@evenmorn.com or use our contact page.
- Include your order number and the email address used for your order.
- Tell us which product you would like refunded.
When you will see your refund
We process refunds within 3 business days of your request. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to show on your statement.
What the guarantee covers
- The guarantee runs for 180 days from the date your order is delivered.
- One refund per customer per product. If you have already had a refund for a product, later orders of that same product are not covered by the guarantee.
- For a subscription, the guarantee covers the first delivery. You can cancel any later delivery before it is charged (see below).
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Subscriptions
You can buy any product once, or subscribe on its 3-pack or 5-pack at 10% off the pack price. A 3-pack subscription renews every 3 months and a 5-pack subscription renews every 5 months, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
Cancel any time. Sign in to your account (use Manage subscription in our footer), open your subscription and choose Cancel subscription. You can also email support@evenmorn.com and we will cancel it for you. Cancel before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again.
