Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost: free tracked delivery on every order.

Delivery time: orders ship in 1-2 business days and arrive 7-12 business days after dispatch. Each product page shows your estimated delivery dates before you order.

Tracking: when your order ships, we email you a tracking link. The first tracking update can take a few days to appear.

More than one product: if you order more than one product, your order may arrive in more than one package. Each package is tracked.

Address changes: email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped we may not be able to change the address.

If your order is late: if your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we will sort it out.

If we cannot ship on time: if we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you with a new shipping date and the choice to cancel for a full refund.
