This privacy policy explains how Evenmorn, a trading name of a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16669080 ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information when you visit or buy from this store.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give it) and order details. If you subscribe, we also keep your subscription details (product, pack, renewal date). Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. When you browse, we and our partners collect device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, run your subscription if you choose one, provide customer support, process refunds, prevent fraud, and, where you have agreed, send you product news by email. We use advertising and analytics tools (including Meta and Shopify) to measure and improve our ads and store.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, and where required by law. These include Shopify (our e-commerce platform), Shopify Subscriptions (our subscription app), payment processors, our fulfillment and shipping partners, our order-tracking app, our product review app, and advertising and analytics providers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@evenmorn.com. Residents of some US states, including California, have additional rights, which we will honor on request.

Children

This store is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
