What one softgel contains
The Supplement Facts name Cinnamomum verum, bark. That is Ceylon cinnamon. Each softgel contains 600 mg of a 12:1 extract, equivalent to 7,200 mg of Ceylon cinnamon. Those numbers describe the extract and its bark equivalent. See the Supplement Facts panel on the pouch.
The extract is in MCT oil from coconut oil, inside a softgel. There is no loose bark powder. Take one softgel once a day with your favorite drink, following the directions on your pouch.
There are 30 softgels per pouch. The shell contains gelatin, so this is not a vegetarian product.
